Position Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide hands‑on, bedside nursing care in a warm, homelike setting.

This role is rooted in clinical excellence and connection—giving you the time and support to truly know your residents while delivering high‑quality, holistic care alongside highly respected geriatric physicians.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct bedside care, including medication administration and treatments
  • Conduct clinical rounds and monitor resident conditions
  • Collaborate closely with care partners, interdisciplinary team members, and Duke geriatricians to support resident wellness
  • Communicate changes in condition and coordinate care with physicians and pharmacy partners
  • Contribute to care planning and documentation to support individualized care
  • Build meaningful connections through thoughtful, compassionate communication with residents and their families, helping them feel informed, supported, and truly cared for
