Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Provide high-quality patient care and treatment in our state-of-the-art facilities located in Dallas, TXCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in staff meetings and continuous education to stay updated on best practices
• Assist in the training and mentoring of new nursing staff
• Promote a positive and collaborative workplace for all team members
• Active and current RN license in Texas
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Certifications in specialized areas (e.g., ACLS, PALS, BLS) are a plus
