Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a Registered Nurse for Acute Care to deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing in acute units. You will assess patients, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes while maintaining EMR documentation.

In this role, you will coordinate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions of care, educate patients and families on discharge needs, and advocate for compassionate, patient-centered

Registered Nurse (Acute Care)

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in acute care units. Provide comprehensive nursing services by assessing patients, developing care plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes. Administer medications and treatments, ensure safe clinical practice, and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
