Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Northwest Florida Reception Center – Annex in Chipley, Florida. The RN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor.

Active Florida RN license and CPR certification are required, with the ability to obtain security clearance. Shift is days, 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Florida RN license required.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen and criminal background check).

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
• Work within the appropriate scope of practice and maintain professional standards.
• Support security clearance processes including drug screen and background checks.
