Job summary

The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is a leading nonprofit addiction recovery organization in the United States seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to assess patient needs, implement care plans, and manage withdrawal regimes. The role requires performing 12-hour shifts and a weekend rotation within the unit.

Required qualifications include an AA in Nursing, an active RN license in the applicable state, and current BLS certification from ARC or AHA. A BSN and CARN are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

The schedule for this role is 12 hour shifts.

To support patient care and departmental staffing needs, this role includes a weekend rotation. You will be expected to work every third weekend and adhere to the established scheduling practices of the unit.

Qualifications

Required

• Associate of Arts Degree in Nursing
• Current RN license in applicable state
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Certification must be from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• 18 years of age or older

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Certification in Addictions Nursing (CARN)
