Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care across CHA’s hospitals and community health centers in Massachusetts. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate interdisciplinary care in a mission-driven academic environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
• Current BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Minimum relevant clinical experience as RN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams across departments.
• Educate patients and families to support health literacy and adherence.
• Promote health equity, safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
