Job summary

Sandstone Post Acute in Ohio is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses for both full-time and part-time opportunities. We welcome multi-state licenses and new graduates as well as experienced nurses. Pay is based on years of experience.

Responsibilities include charting, incident reporting, narcotic control, and patient condition documentation. RNs will round with physicians as needed and follow all company procedures for care and safety.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.

• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient's conditions including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or other changes.
• Document and notify applicable departments of any patient’s room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
