Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The role emphasizes rehab-focused, patient-centered care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting patient recovery in a compassionate setting.

Ideal candidates hold valid RN licensure, CPR certification, and preferably CRRN. Experience in rehabilitation hospitals is preferred, with opportunities for growth within a national leader in inpatient rehab.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehab hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understanding their needs to aid recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones.
