Job summary

You will assess needs, document responses to treatment, de-escalate crises, participate in the treatment planning process, and communicate clearly with the healthcare team to support recovery-oriented care.

Qualifications

• Education: Certificate/Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience: No experience required; 1 year of medical/psychiatric experience preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in Massachusetts required.

• Utilize multiple data sources to determine health problems and functional status.
• Utilize Recovery Oriented Framework to identify patient strengths.
• Perform point of care testing.
• Communicate findings effectively to healthcare team members.

• Plan and modify nursing interventions for assigned patients.
