Job summary

Beaver Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Beaver Falls, PA is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and care plans. Open interviews Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.

Full-time and PRN opportunities with shift options; $10,000 sign-on bonus; competitive wages and benefits including health, PTO, and 401(k). New graduates welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.

Available Shifts:

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - $3.00 added shift differential offered for evening shift

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM - $3.00 added shift differential offered for evening shift

• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM - $2.00 added shift differential offered for overnight shift
