Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a long-standing hospital network serving Beaver County. You will deliver patient care per physician plans, conduct assessments, and educate patients and caregivers to support optimal outcomes.

The position requires an active RN license in the state, ADN, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and willingness to travel to care sites.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent required.
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
  • Knowledge of patient education techniques.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to patient care assignments.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient care based on physician treatment plans.
  • Perform patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education.
  • Assist physicians during surgical procedures as needed.
  • Perform circulating and scrub functions.
  • Maintain sterile technique and a safe surgical environment.
