Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Labor and Delivery unit to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to laboring, postpartum, and newborn patients.

You will monitor maternal-fetal status, administer medications and IV therapies, and document all care in the EHR, while collaborating with physicians and care teams to ensure coordinated, safe care for families in a fast-paced obstetric setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in maternal-child or labor and delivery settings.
• Strong knowledge of obstetric procedures and emergency response.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and ethical practice.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
