Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a long-established healthcare network delivering patient-centered care across multiple campuses. The role supports diverse shifts (day and night) and hands-on patient care under physician plans.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s Degree in Nursing with an active RN license and BLS. You’ll perform assessments, educate patients, assist in surgeries, and maintain sterile environments across units.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of patient education techniques.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to patient care assignments.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care based on physician treatment plans.
• Perform patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team.
• Provide patient and caregiver education.
• Assist physicians during surgical procedures.
• Perform circulating and scrub functions.
• Maintain sterile technique and a safe surgical environment.
