Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the US and active state registration.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred to support rehab-focused care.
• At least 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated, high-quality care and deliver direct patient care as needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, addressing complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones as part of the healing journey.
