Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation is hiring Registered Nurses for full-time and part-time roles across our inpatient rehabilitation network. RNs supervise care, assess patients, and develop care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting colleagues with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients.
