Responsibilities

  • Transcribe and implement provider orders accurately.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely within required timeframes.
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
  • Maintain infection control and safety protocols.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and support staff.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new staff; support staffing needs.
  • Attend required staff meetings and uphold organizational policies.

Schedule: Variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays (12-hour shifts)
Work Environment: On-site, safety-sensitive healthcare setting

Position Overview

A rural acute-care healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, emotionally demanding environment. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Minimum Qualifications
