Job summary

Human Freely Psychotherapy & Wellness is seeking a compassionate RMHCI to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based psychotherapy. You’ll join a values-aligned practice focused on dismantling stigma and ensuring no one walks alone.

Responsibilities include intake assessments, treatment planning, using modalities such as CBT and EMDR, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation. Hybrid/in-office/remotely work options are available.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted licensure in the State of Florida as an RMHCI.
• Must have a State-approved Qualified Supervisor.
• Commitment to cultural responsiveness, inclusivity, and social justice.
• Strong communication and clinical judgment.
• Interest in trauma therapy, somatic therapy, or EMDR, preferred.
• Compassionate, ethical, client-centered approach.
• Bilingual (English/any other language) is a plus but not required.
• Prior work with diverse populations, including Afro-Caribbean and Hispanic communities, preferred.

About the Role

Compensation & Structure

• Competitive pay: $48 per clinical session (face‑to‑face therapy hour), paid biweekly
• Caseload Cap: Up to 28 sessions/week (This is not a required caseload. It is a protective limit to support clinician well‑being and quality care)
• Additional pay for approved non‑clinical assignments
