Description of department: The nursing team at Colonial Springs Healthcare Center takes PRIDE in the care we provide to residents, families and each other.Each nursing member brings their strengths to the team and works together to provide exceptional compassion and care to the community we serve.We strive to make a difference each day and promote a positive, team-driven attitude.Each Med Tech on duty will have the support of management, LPNs, RNs, and CNAs to care for residents of Colonial Springs.We have a 134 bed facility with two memory care units and love to stay busy!We would love for you to join our team!You have the option of full-time, part-time or PRN and will work closely with the Director of Nursing on your schedule to determine a best fit for you and the team.

A typical day will begin and end with PRIDE. We seek RMTs who strive to always be POSITIVE in the care they deliver and in the way they treat coworkers.Being RESPECTFUL to others includes behaving in a manner consistent with the mission and objections of CMH. We value any ideas and input you have and look for INNOVATIVERMTs who actively and consistently contribute to operations and communications.Being DEDICATED involves knowing and applying current nursing theory, principles of treatment, and nursing procedures in the care of residents, all while maintaining a safe, clean, long-term care environments. As a team, we want every RMTs to feel EMPOWERED and be comfortable in their position, ask questions and work closely with all team members to provide exceptional services to the residents of Colonial Springs Healthcare Center.
