Job summary

Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a Registered Medication Associate (RMA) to deliver high-quality, individualized medication administration and care to residents on our Virginia communities. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and uphold regulatory standards within a compassionate care team.

We offer full-time or part-time opportunities with weekday and weekend rotation, plus sign-on bonuses of up to $1,000 for full-time and $500 for part-time.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Virginia Medication license.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with administration of medications in accordance with state licensing standards.
• Provide high quality, individualized care and support as a Culture Ambassador.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure safe medication practices.

Job description

• Full-time or Part-time, 3pm - 11pm; Every other weekend is required.
• Full-time or Part-time, 11pm - 7am; Every other weekend is required.

$500 Sign-On Bonus for Part-time!

$1000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-time!

Pay range: $19 - $22 per hour.

The Registered Medication Associate (RMA) role provides high quality care and services to meet the overall needs of residents in a caring, consistent, individualized, and efficient manner. He or she ensures that residents receive comprehensive care and services by assisting them in the administration of medications, in accordance with state licensing and regulatory standards. The Registered Medication Associate is a Culture Ambassador who will model the core values of the company, leading by example, and ensure all team members exemplify the core values of the company.
