Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a dedicated VA Registered Medication Aide for full-time night shifts (10pm–6am) in Manassas, VA. You will support residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring, delivering compassionate care and reporting updates to the care team.

This role includes leadership on the shift and opportunities for growth within a respected aging services provider. We offer competitive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K with employer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold VA Registered Medication Aide certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring, and respond to needs compassionately.
• Report changes and updates on resident conditions using clear communication.
• Coach and lead other care department team members on the shift.
