Job summary

NMC Health is seeking a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our specialty clinics at the Newton, KS location (800 Medical Center Dr.). The role focuses on nursing support in a busy specialty practice, while upholding HIPAA regulations and delivering compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities include obtaining vital signs, assisting with procedures, scheduling, updating medical records, and chart prep.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Registered/Certified Medical Assistant program.
• Clinic experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow provider instructions.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for this position who will have either Registered Medical Assistant (RMA )or Certified Medical Assistant ( CMA ) to join our Specialty Clinics for our Newton KS (800 Medical Center Dr.) l ocation. In this role, youll be responsible for providing essential nursing services in a busy specialty practice while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Your duties will include: (not all inclusive)

• Proficiency in obtaining VS


• Assisting with procedures
