Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and providing construction administration for facilities.
• Knowledge of military, justice, or water treatment is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of building, electrical, and fire codes for engineering calculations.
• Past facilitation of LEED Certification or Green Globes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with architectural, mechanical and structural colleagues on projects.
• Create energy-efficient building components and utility systems.
• Participate in planning studies and large complex projects.
