Job Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents, focusing on nutritional needs and well-being.
• Collaborate with other dietitians and facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans.
• Complete necessary clinical assessments, chart in the EMR, and attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress.
• Conduct meal rounds as needed, complete sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards.
