Job summary

NutraCo is actively seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our clinical nutrition team serving Long Term Care facilities across the United States. We offer both full-time and part-time placements nationwide, with opportunities for relocation as needed.

As a Registered Dietitian, you will work with a network of professionals to develop personalized nutrition plans, perform clinical assessments, and document in the EMR while contributing to residents' well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement.
• State licensure as required varies by state.
• Strong communication skills, effective teamwork, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents, focusing on nutritional needs and well-being.
• Collaborate with other dietitians and facility clinical team to deliver personalized nutrition plans and high-quality care.
• Complete clinical assessments, chart in the EMR system, and attend meetings to discuss resident care and progress.
• Conduct meal rounds when needed, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus to maintain quality.
