• Monitor residents’ nutritional status and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and dietary teams to provide high-quality care.
• Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on nutrition and dietary needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow reporting requirements.
