AdventHealth in Palm Coast is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to perform nutrition-focused assessments, develop nutrition plans, and provide counseling for patients. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based nutrition care and education.

This PRN role requires strong communication and documentation skills, with responsibilities spanning patient rounds and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification required.

Responsabilités

• Completes nutrition-focused assessments and evaluates anthropometric status.
• Offers nutrition interventions, education, counseling, and referrals as appropriate.
• Documents in the electronic health record accurately and timely.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to create nutrition plans of care.
