Qualifications

• CDR-certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD)
• State-licensed Dietitian in the state of practice
• Strong clinical nutrition knowledge and ability to apply it effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessments and create tailored care plans
• Develop and implement medical nutrition therapy (MNT) for patients with specific conditions
• Provide one-on-one counseling and education to patients and families
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care
