Job summary

Medical Nutrition Therapy Associates, LLC seeks a Registered Dietitian for a busy SAR/LTC facility in the Newark, NJ area. Part-time or full-time positions available with an excellent salary and great benefits.

We provide high quality RDNs for Long Term Care facilities, SNFs, Subacute Rehabs, Assisted Livings and Adult Medical Daycares, with extensive training and regional guidance. Join a team dedicated to improving resident health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian or RD eligible.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in LTC and EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutritional assessments and ongoing evaluation of the plan of care for each resident.
• Participate in IDCP care conferences as needed.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health and well-being.
• Demonstrates ability to work in a cooperative manner as a team member.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
