Medical Nutrition Therapy Associates, LLC is seeking a Part Time or Full time Registered Dietitian for a busy SAR/LTC facility. We offer an excellent salary with great benefits!

At MNT Associates, we provide high quality RDNs for Long Term Care facilities, SNFs, Subacute Rehabs, Assisted Living and Adult Medical Daycares, guiding residents and staff with evidence-based nutrition plans. In this role you will join a supportive team and help optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian or RD eligible.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in long-term care (LTC) and EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutritional assessments and ongoing evaluation of residents' care plans.
• Participate in IDCP care conferences as needed.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents’ health and well‑being.
• Complete other duties as assigned and ensure compliance with regulations.
