Job summary

Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in the long-term care/rehabilitation setting. This is a full-time opportunity for approximately 30 to 40 hours per week.

Additional part-time and PRN opportunities may also be available in the area. The role involves conducting nutrition assessments, completing MDS assessments, monitoring nutrition, and performing meal rounds with weekday onsite visits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Registered Dietitian credential (CDR).
• Active state licensure or certification as applicable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation.
• Complete MDS assessments and care plans.
• Monitor weights and nutrition risk.
• Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings.
• Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits.
• Onsite visits completed during weekdays.
