Nutritious Lifestyles, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RDN), LDN, or RD Eligible candidate to provide compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care to patients in rehabilitation and behavioral health. You'll work alongside an interdisciplinary healthcare team in St.

Augustine, FL. We offer nutrition care planning, 1:1 resident consultations, and a supportive environment focused on Food as Medicine to promote healing and well-being.

Qualifications

No experience required; graduating dietetic interns welcome.
Open to entry-level and experienced candidates passionate about nutrition and patient care.
RDNs, LDNs, and RD2Be are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and follow-up evaluations for rehabilitation and behavioral health patients.
Provide individualized nutrition care plans and 1:1 resident consultations.
Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
Monitor nutritional status and recommend appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve nutrition outcomes.
Utilize the Nutrition Care Process to deliver high-quality nutrition care.
