Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist staff in developing food service procedures.
• Review and develop corrective action plans for deficiencies.
• Maintain and monitor the quality assurance program.
• Review residents’ dietary requirements according to diet plans.
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans.
• Support planning for resident discharge nutrition.
• Monitor nutritional status and recommend plan adjustments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for nutrition care.
