Monte Nido Clementine Malibu Lake in Agoura Hills, CA is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our residential eating disorder program. You will work with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other clinicians to provide evidence-based nutrition care and support recovery in adolescents.

We welcome license-eligible candidates; MD/CDR exam completion and state licensure may be required. The role offers full-time hours, onsite work, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field is required.
• Registered Dietitian credential is required.
• CPR/BLS certification must be obtained before starting.

Responsibilities

• Full oversight of meals prepared for clients on campus, and proper documentation.
• Ensure all nutritional services meet established standards and regulations.
• Conduct nutrition assessments of clients and monitor intake.
• Participate in the treatment team's Master Treatment Plan development.

Monte Nido Clementine Malibu Lake, located in Agoura Hills, California, is a premier residential eating disorder treatment center for adolescents seeking care for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID, compulsive exercise, and related eating disorders.

We are seeking a Registration/Licensure-Eligible Dietitian to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, dietetic interns who have completed accredited programs, and early-career nutrition professionals who are eligible to sit for the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) exam and obtain state licensure (if applicable).

As a Registered Dietitian, you will work closely with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other clinical professionals to provide evidence-based nutrition care that supports recovery and long-term wellness. The Dietitian serves as a key member of both the leadership and clinical teams, helping clients build healthy relationships with food while supporting families throughout the recovery journey.

Schedule

• Full-Time, approximately 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Monday-Friday
• One late-start day per week

Salary

$73,500 - $106,000 annually (based on education, credentials, licensure, and experience)

**This position may be eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus or $10,000 relocation bonus!**
