Job summary

DiningRD is actively seeking a Registered Dietitian for skilled care communities and Assisted living facilities. This position may be split or filled with one RD.

Onsite visits Monday-Friday during regular business hours; total hours per week could vary by number of communities assigned. You will work with a clinical team to ensure meals meet high nutritional standards, provide nutrition education, and mentor dining staff.

Qualifications

• CDR credentials required.
• State license required where applicable.
• 2 years of consulting experience preferred.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve the lives of seniors by ensuring meals meet high nutritional standards.
• Monitor residents' nutritional needs with the clinical team.
• Provide nutrition education and assist with MDS and policy development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Train and mentor dining managers and staff.
• Support the implementation of effective nutritional care systems.
