Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) seeks a Registered Dietitian to support New Hampshire National Guard Military Readiness Services.

The RD will provide medical and performance nutrition counseling, group education, and collaborate with medical, behavioral health, and readiness staff to implement nutrition initiatives. The role emphasizes body composition management under AR 600-9, ACFT readiness, and proactive nutrition education for service members and families.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) or RDN and credentialed by the CDR with active licensure.
• CSSD credential preferred.
• Knowledge of Army Regulation AR 600-9 and Army Field Manual FM 7-22.
• Experience with military populations (Guard/Reserve, veterans) a plus.
• DoD/National Guard health promotion familiarity preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages commonly used in NH Guard is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive nutritional readiness program to help Service Members meet AR 600-9 standards.
• Deliver targeted remedial nutrition counseling for personnel who fail body composition standards.
• Provide evidence-based Medical Nutrition Therapy and performance nutrition education to maximize ACFT readiness.
• Conduct initial intake assessments within seven business days and create a tailored plan within ten business days.
• Develop voluntary household nutrition plans within ten days of assessment and support families.
• Produce weekly SME content for Contract Manager on nutrition topics for a military audience.
• Collaborate with the Exercise Specialist to create a holistic online environment with remote coaching.
