Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition at a long-term care facility. You will assess needs, develop care plans within the EMR, and educate residents, families, and staff to support overall health.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure CMS/state/federal compliance, and provide coverage across buildings as needed. Must hold RD credentials and a valid state license; multi-site eligibility and vaccination compliance apply

Qualifications

• Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State license in good standing in the applicable practice state.
• Knowledge of state survey process and nutrition care regulations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
• Driver's license if multi-site RD.
• RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document the plan in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and weight trends.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed based on company requirements.
• All other duties as assigned.
