Healthcare Services Group Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility.

The role involves assessing residents, developing care plans, and providing education within the EMR, with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexible options. The position emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, adherence to regulations, and contributing to resident well-being across multiple buildings; salary ranges are competitive for hospital/long-term

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and nutrition regulations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude when communicating with occupants, administration, and leadership.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required by state/local/customers.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents/patients' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and lab results.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health and well-being.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
