- Registered dietitian with active credentials

Responsibilities
- Assess residents' nutrition needs and document plans in EMR
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical data
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes
- Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed
