Job summary
Healthcare Services Group Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility.
You will assess residents' nutrition needs, develop care plans, and document them in the electronic medical record, contributing to quality resident outcomes. Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with current CDR registration
- State license in good standing required
- COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance may apply
- Multi-site RD may require valid Driver's License
- Strong organization and communication skills required
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes
- Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed
- All other duties as assigned
