Qualifications

• Advanced Practice Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and create personalized diagnoses and care plans.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and families.
• Lead nutrition education programs and seminars.
• Manage enteral and parenteral nutrition and collaborate with medical teams.
