Job summary

Complete Care at Hales Corner in Hales Corner, WI is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee the comprehensive nutritional care of residents, assess nutritional status, complete MDS sections, and ensure compliance with federal and state standards.

You will develop and update care plans, monitor weight and nutrition needs, supervise meal modifications and textures, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and educate residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university.
• Licensure/Registration: Wisconsin licensure in Nutrition/Dietetics and CDR registration.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor residents' nutritional status and complete MDS sections.
• Develop, implement, and update nutritional care plans.
• Oversee diet orders, review menu changes for compliance, and ensure correct textures.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to align diets with medical conditions and educate residents, families, and staff.
• Perform regular inspections of food service areas for sanitation and safety and participate in inspections.
