Green Counseling Services, PLLC is recruiting a licensed dietitian to join our growing practice in Davenport, IA. We are an interdisciplinary team of providers who are passionate about our work. We are dedicated to providing high quality and highly accessible mental health services including individual, family, couples, and group therapy, dietitian services, medication management with a focus on excellence in integrative healthcare.

Our primary mission is to ensure top notch clinical care to our amazing clients; we ensure optimal clinical care via our Excellence Initiative. We aim to provide empirically supported care in an accepting and supportive therapeutic atmosphere. We similarly aim to create a warm and supportive work environment for our providers with a high degree of autonomy and support. We emphasize work-life balance and scheduling flexibility in order to optimize self-care and sustained passion for our work. We provide 25 hour of clinical care per week and establish our own weekly schedules. We offer ongoing continuing education opportunities and biweekly training opportunities to invest in our ongoing professional growth and development. We offer weekly case consultation opportunities and immediate access to our leadership and training team members to ensure high levels of support.

We offer an excellent compensation package with highly competitive compensation and access to an excellent benefit suite including health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, short term disability, long term disability, life insurance, and a 401K retirement plan. We offer five weeks of paid leave time, a $1000 training bonus, individual provider offices in updated buildings, and a W2 employee model.

We are seeking a dietitian with an interest in providing services to our clients eating disorders. A health at every size and intuitive eating approach are required. We look forward to the possibility of working alongside you.
