Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or Foods and Nutrition and active state license as a Registered Dietitian.
• Active membership/registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Two years of professional dietitian experience in long-term care or one year as a consulting RD.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver nutritional care to residents per physician orders and regulations.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and dietary procedures.
