Job summary

Vitality Weight Loss Institute in Plano, TX is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team of clinicians, coaches, and therapists. You will work as an independent contractor with the flexibility to set your own schedule, serving patients with obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, and related conditions.

You must be licensed in Texas and hold an RDN credential. This hybrid role offers full-time hours, Monday through Friday, and a supportive multidisciplinary environment focused on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• RDN credential required.
• Strong physiology knowledge and its link to nutrition.
• Experience with weight loss management and dietary interventions.
• Excellent patient communication and education skills.
• Able to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Clinical setting experience preferred.

Job description

We are looking to hire a Registered Dietitian to join a dynamic team at Vitality Weight Loss, a leader in evidence-based expert weight loss and lifestyle management care. You will work as part of team that includes Doctors, PA/NPs, Dietitians, Mindset Coaches, Personal Trainers, and therapists to help patients achieve their health goals. You will work as an independent contractor and have the ability to set your own schedule.

You will see a variety of patients and medical problems including diabetes, obesity, high cholesterol, and binge eating disorders to name a few. The Dietitian will provide health coaching to patients who are either trying to lose weight or wanting to improve chronic medical problems through diet and lifestyle changes.

Duties

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.
