Job summary

Lifekind Health seeks a Registered Dietitian to join our Phoenix team. You will assess patients, develop nutrition goals, and design cost-efficient meal plans aligned with evidence-based nutrition.

You will counsel individuals and groups on healthy eating and disease prevention while maintaining confidential records and adhering to company guidelines. Our transdisciplinary model includes medical doctors, psychologists, chiropractors, and dietitians working together to deliver comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dietitian licensure/certification in Arizona.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; new grads considered.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient lifestyle, nutrition, and health needs.
• Develop cost-efficient meal plans that meet nutritional goals.
• Counsel patients on diet and disease prevention in individual and group settings.
• Translate nutrition science into practical eating guidance.
• Maintain detailed medical records following protocols.
• Follow company standards and participate in quality initiatives.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

Lifekind Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team in the Phoenix area. Participate in a multidisciplinary team to develop, monitor, and adjust comprehensive and coordinated care plans. Provide advice and counsel on food and nutrition to patients in individual and group settings.

About the position:

• Assess patient lifestyle, nutrition, and health needs
• Assist patients in the development of specific nutrition goals
• Develop thorough and cost-efficient meal plans that include healthy foods and meet nutritional goals
• Evaluate the effects of meal plans and change plans as needed
• Counsel patients on the relationship between good eating habits and preventing or managing specific diseases in individual and group settings
• Translate nutrition science into understandable, practical eating advice
• Keep up with the latest nutritional science research
• Provide services in accordance with company guidelines, state and federal laws and regulations
• Prepare and review patient histories and obtain data through interviews
• Maintain detailed, legible, and confidential medical records after each patient visit in accordance with established protocols
• Code encounter forms according to time of the visit, procedures performed, and pertinent ICD-codes
• Attend internal and external meetings, workshops, and conferences and participate on task forces or committees, as necessary and/or required by company
• Follow Company Standards of Customer Service Behavior
• Participate in Quality Improvement (QI) Initiatives

Our Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Current Registered Dietitian licensure/certification in Arizona
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred; open to recent graduates-Training available
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
