Job summary

Tucker House Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. You will develop and implement comprehensive nutrition care plans to create a personalized, homelike environment for residents.

Responsibilities include assessing residents' nutritional needs, collaborating with the care team, educating residents and families on nutrition, and leading nutrition programs while maintaining detailed records and contributing to quality

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited program.
• Current registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) with the CDR.
• Completion of a supervised practice program (internship) or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of nutrition principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role:

As a Registered Dietitian at Tucker House, you will be responsible for:

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
• Current registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Completion of a supervised practice program ( internship) or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of nutrition principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
