Cura Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to support nutrition services in senior living and healthcare settings. You will assess nutritional needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with culinary and clinical teams to create resident-centered, therapeutic menus.

You’ll provide counseling, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote wellness through education across multiple care communities, contributing to Cura’s hospitality-focused dining culture and resident

Qualifications

• Nutritional assessments and individualized care plans for residents or patients.
• Collaborate with culinary and clinical teams to design therapeutic, resident-centered menus.
• Provide one-on-one and group nutrition counseling and education.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation per CMS/Joint Commission standards.
• Monitor resident outcomes and adjust nutrition interventions as needed.
• Support menu analysis, nutrient calculations, and labeling.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and team meetings.
• Promote wellness initiatives and nutrition education programs in the community.
• Train staff on nutrition standards, special diets, and food safety.
• Contribute to a hospitality-focused dining experience aligned with Cura’s culture.
