  • Appropriately refer members to their primary care doctor when needed and ensure any nutritional plans are in alignment with a member’s existing care plan

  • Provide empathetic, non-judgemental guidance to elicit behavior change using motivational interviewing techniques.

  • Keep up to date with the latest nutrition research and trends to ensure that advice and recommendations to clients are evidence-based.

  • Support our Member Services Well Guide team by building educational resources and workflows and serving as a go-to nutritional subject matter expert.

  • Consistently meet program metrics while also meeting quality requirements

  • Value and incorporate patients individual choices and cultural preferences as appropriate for the best adherence and outcomes

  • Work as an integral part of our program development, execution and continuous improvement
