Job summary

Prosperity Eating Disorders and Wellness Center in Norfolk, Virginia, seeks a Registered Dietitian to provide individualized medical nutrition therapy to PHP and IOP clients within a close-knit multidisciplinary team.

You will lead nutrition-focused group sessions, collaborate with therapists and medical staff on care planning, and support clients through meal guidance with clinical skill and compassionate care.

Prosperity Eating Disorders and Wellness is growing — and we're looking for a passionate, skilled Registered Dietitian to join our Norfolk team!

At Prosperity, we've been on the front lines of eating disorder treatment since 2012 — Virginia's first dedicated PHP and IOP for eating disorders. Our Norfolk program is a close-knit, multidisciplinary team of clinicians, dietitians, and medical staff who are deeply committed to helping clients achieve full, lasting recovery.

What You'll Do:

• Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy to PHP and IOP clients
• Lead nutrition-focused group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with therapists, medical staff, and the treatment team on care planning
• Support clients through meal support with compassion and clinical skill
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and whole-person care

What We're Looking For:

• Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN) — required
• Experience with or passion for eating disorder treatment
• Strong clinical skills and a team-first mindset
• CEDRD credential or working toward it — a plus!
• Comfort working in a PHP/IOP setting
