Job summary

Pomelo Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian to support families through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and early infancy. In this remote, virtual-care role, you’ll provide evidence-based nutrition assessments, counseling, and individualized care plans tailored to patients’ needs.

You’ll partner with clinicians to deliver proactive, compassionate support and help build scalable programs indexing maternal nutrition across diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) licensed to practice in the US.
• Experience conducting nutrition assessments and counseling.
• Experience in maternal and infant nutrition preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition assessments, counseling, and individualized care plans via telehealth.
• Collaborate with clinicians and care teams to coordinate care.
• Help build scalable programs to improve maternal and infant health outcomes and reduce disparities.
